Powderham Food Festival (1-2 October 2016)
Ever wondered how to make perfect meringues, stir up zesty lemon curd or impress your guests with a cheese soufflé and real homemade mayonnaise? The secret is, it’s all in the eggs.
We were invited along to this year’s two-day Devon foodie festival to highlight the importance of this most under-appreciated baking necessity and educate visitors on how they can make a difference to hen welfare through their shopping baskets.
Our volunteers were joined by our gorgeous hens who loved the attention and even laid some super fresh eggs!
