I am the world's worst baker
but with a simple recipe like
this, even I can make a nice
cake and there is something
so rewarding about people
enjoying a good home made
cake that you have produced
yourself.
These muffins make great after
school snacks or weekend
breakfasts. They are also
perfect for using up the soft,
sad banana rejects!!
