For those vegans amongst us, there is a now a brand new
edible egg-free product called The Vegg.
The Vegg is a
versatile egg yolk replacer
that can be used in place of
egg yolks in a variety of recipes, and you can apparently even use it straight as a liquid
yolk” for dipping.
Premier League
Fulham Football Club
has found a way to save
money on its weekly food
bill. The premier league
invested in 12 hens to live
at its Surrey-based
Motspur Park training
ground in an attempt to
save £5,000 a year on
catering as the squad
munches its way through
eggs a week.
The Vegg is made using 100% plant-based ingredients, including y
east flakes, sodium
alginate, kala namak and beta-carotene
