Director of Operations
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the BHWT flock as Director of Operations. This new position will be a hugely varied role with incredibly opportunity to guide our day-to-day functions, from fundraising and marketing to rehoming.
The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO and Founder to deliver the next three years of our six-year strategy. If you’ve got the experience and a passion for hens, we’d love to hear from you.

Individual Giving Manager – Maternity Leave Cover
Our lovely Individual Giving Manager Kylie is producing the newest member of our flock as we speak so, in order to keep our hen house at full capacity, we’re on the hunt for her maternity cover. The successful candidate will do vital work managing all our individual giving streams including regular giving, lottery, appeals, legacy and hen sponsorship. It’s a busy, varied role that brings a huge sense of reward and so we’d love to hear from anyone interested in joining our team.
