The British Hen Welfare Trust is celebrating being shortlisted in two prestigious charity awards.

e charity is one of five charities shortlisted in the Small Charity, Big Achiever category in the Third Sector Awards. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on 21 September.
We have also been shortlisted for the Charity of the Year Award for a charity with an income of under £1 million in the Charity Times Awards. Winners will be announced on 4 October at an awards ceremony in London.
It’s safe to say we are all over the moon here at Hen Central and have our fingers (and claws) firmly crossed for a win. To have our work recognised and to even be shortlisted for awards like these makes us feel incredibly proud. It’s all for the girls!
