You’re Warmly Invited to Join BHWT’s Christmas Appeal!

2020 has undoubtedly been an unpredictable year for all of us. Despite all of the difficulties that we have all faced, we are thrilled to have rehomed tens of thousands of hens already this year. But we are not stopping there! We want to continue to raise awareness of our work and save the lives of as many hens as possible, and that’s where we need your help.

We’d love to invite you to get involved with our 2020 Christmas Campaign. All you need to do is create a short 15-45 second video on your smart phone of yourself (and your hens if you have them) to be shared across social platforms this December. It would be spectacular if you would share it across your social media pages and tag us to show your support for the BHWT.

The video can be about your Christmas traditions and how the humble hen makes that happen – you can’t make eggnog without breaking some eggs! If your hens are celebrating Christmas with you, how are they getting involved? Will they be receiving some festive treats or are they getting a visit from Santa? We would love to see you share some feathery fun this Christmas time.

For those that may not be social media savvy, we’d love to receive your videos to BHWTsocial@bwht.co.uk via WeTransfer. Need help? There’s a great article that explains how to send a transfer on their website.
