Christmas / New Year posting dates 2023 - 2024
Smallholder Range, Organic Feed Company Range & Dengie Fresh Bed orders
All BHWT Feed & Bedding orders usually take 4-7 working days to reach our customers, however during the festive season please allow up to 10 working days for your orders to reach you, this excludes the day your order is placed.
Any Smallholder Range, Organic Feed Company Range or Dengie Fresh Bed orders placed after 5pm on Monday 18th December will not be dispatched until the first week of January 2024.
Any orders placed before or up to 5pm on Monday 18th December will be delivered on or before Saturday 23rd December.
The Chicken House Company orders
To guarantee delivery of your The Chicken House Company Metal Run before Christmas your order must be placed on or before midday Tuesday 19th December. We cannot guarantee any orders placed after midday on Tuesday 19th December will be with you in time for Christmas.
Any orders placed after 5pm on Wednesday 20th December will not be dispatched until 2nd January 2024. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.
Chicken Vet Beryl’s Friendly Bacteria orders
We are advising all orders are placed with us by the 13th to guarantee delivery over Christmas and New Year, however orders will be sent up to 20th December 2023. Any orders placed after 5pm on Wednesday 20th December will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery from this date.
Sunnyfields Poultry Housing orders
All Sunnyfields Poultry Housing orders are made to order, any orders placed after 5pm on Friday 8th December are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas 2023.
All other orders
To guarantee your order will arrive with you before Christmas your order will need to be placed by midnight Sunday 17th December.
Any orders placed after 5pm on Wednesday 20th December may not be dispatched until first week of January 2024. Please allow 5-10 working days for your orders to be delivered, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Please note: We will be nesting down for the holidays from 5pm Friday 22nd December to 9am Tuesday 2nd January. Our phone lines and emails will not be monitored during this period, while our social media platforms will be monitored infrequently. Please bear this in mind should you need any urgent assistance.
