How it works
If you have a hen health query, please view our Hen Examination Guidelines in advance of filling out the form below, so you can best describe the issue your hen is facing. If your hen is critically ill please contact your Hen Friendly Vet immediately. Please also use this service for enquiries relating to behavioural issues such as bullying or merging.
This form helps us understand the issue and ensures we give you the best advice possible. If you wish, you can upload any relevant photos to support your enquiry.
As part of submitting your form, we kindly request a minimum donation of £5.
