Kate Adams’s Egg Club

My hands are predominantly BHWT hens. I have been rescuing hens for about four years now. I now have a very special hen called Hendini, she manages to get out of her huge run on a frequent basis and go full-on scavenging all over the place. It has come to the point where we leave her out in the day and she takes herself back into the run in the nighttime anyway. Even though they have loads of space she likes to go a little further afield. My smallest 10 was rescued earlier this year and she is by far the gaffer. Her name is little Jean….
