Seven year old Freddie and his mum Clare got off the sofa this February and ran 5 kilometres in the name of hen welfare. They raised a huge £230 through sponsorship!
Wonderful long-time supporter and runny egg Ben Wickham ran last year’s London Marathon, raising an enormous £1,399.40. Not only did Ben save many hens from slaughter, but he also raised awareness of the British Hen Welfare Trust and hen welfare in the UK by sporting his fantastic BHWT vest (see below).
The Ultimate Challenge
John Melbourne completed a gruelling 97-mile run and raised an incredible £515! He took on the Heroes Ultra Crete 2016 in May last year and finished in FIRST place!

We can send sponsorship forms in the post, along with charity materials to show your friends and family so they can understand the work we do.
